Amulet Package Plan
The Amulet Package Plan is the combination of <Amulet Term>(base policy), <Enhanced Personal Accident Rider>, and <Amulet Critical Illness Rider>, it provides death, critical illness and personal accident coverage to you and your family.
AGE LIMIT
Age limit of this Policy is from 16 to 55 years old. The Policyowner must disclose the true age of the Insured upon application.
INSURANCE BENEFIT:
The Plan combines death benefit, 20 critical illnesses and surgeries, disability, and accident benefit into one package(take care of all risk of life). Full coverage with economical premium expense, show you valued life as well as dedicate love and responsibility to your family.
1. Death or Disability: Sum Assured of <Amulet Term>.
2. Accidental Death or Disability: total Sum Assured of <Amulet Term> and <Enhanced Personal Accident Rider>.
3. Burn or Partial Disability: percentage of Sum Assured as binding term of <Enhanced Personal Accident Rider>.
4. Critical Illness: Sum Assured of <Amulet Critical Illness Rider>.

Diagnosis Benefit will be paid when diagnosed of any of the above illness or surgery.
MANY CHOICES FOR COVEAGE PERIODS
You may choose insurance coverage periods according to your requirements(from 1 month to 30 years).
CONVERSION PRIVILEGE OF INSURANCE BENEFIT
Within first 5 years after the application of the Plan, clients may choose to convert the <Amulet Term> into other life insurances designated by the Company without underwriting according to the change of individual requirements, to let your insurance fit you more.
GUARANTEED RIGHTS AT MATURITY
Within 60 days following the Maturity of the Contract, clients may execute the right of Conversion Privilege of <Amulet Term>, raise the application of 1-year-renewable term life insurance that is allowed to sell at that time and is designated by the Company, the Company guarantees of underwriting.
EXCLUSIONS:
The Policy shall not cover any Insured's death, disability or critical illness caused by the following occurrences:
• Death or disability intentionally caused by the Policy Owner or Beneficiary;
• The Insured died due to the reason of drinking alcohol, or died as a result of drinking alcohol, drugs or the restricted drug intake;
• The Insured died in the course of drug intake, or died as a result of the drug intake;
• Suicide within the first 2 years of coverage or within the first 2 years from Reinstatement (whichever is later);
• The Insured drives after drinking or without driving license, or drives mobile vehicles without effective license;
• Violation of the law or resistance to arrest;
• AIDS or infection by HIV. (The definition of AIDS shall be used by the World Health Organization. Infection shall be deemed to have occurred if blood tests indicate either the presence of any HIV or antibodies to HIV);
• Any congenital diseases, deformity or blemishsuck;
• Atomic or nuclear explosion, burns or radioactive emission;
• Consequence of war, declared or undeclared, invasion, civil war, revolution or any warlike operations. |
